Our A2Z Managed Azure Services are available in four tiers:
Bronze
The Bronze offering provides you with an operations baseline, built using the Microsoft Azure Cloud Adoption Framework, providing you with a proven and structured approach to promote resource and operational consistency.
Silver
When you are ready to take your Azure services from basic to the next level – A2Z Managed Silver enhances the operations baseline (bronze) with expanded self-help tools, automated feedback and alerting, and the ability to log service request and incidents.
Gold
The Gold Tier is our primary Azure Managed Services offering to customers who want BUI to manage their cloud resources with a defined service level agreement.
Platinum
Platinum, our premium Azure Managed Service, offers our customers management of their cloud resources with a defined/custom service level agreement with additional monitoring, support and advanced configuration as designed.
